I’m Paul Eddon and DBS is my company, my passion.

I spent the last 30 years working around the world, firstly in Close Protection looking after the rich & famous managing their demands in a fast-paced and ever changing environment. Latterly I was European Operations Manager for a Royal family, a job that came with high expectations, huge responsibility and demanded a first-class service.

While spending months away from home in fabulous houses, hotels and super-yachts I would plan my next building project taking influence from the designs, decor and quality that I had experienced. On my return home to Shropshire I would begin to bring my latest project to fruition.
​
Over that time my building and renovation passion had to be carried out during the six months I was home. House builds, renovations, extensions, garden rooms and oak-framed garages were planned out while working abroad and then built on my return !
​
In early 2020 as the world began to lockdown, I decided to make a change in my career, I wanted to spend more time with my family and I wanted do more of what I loved doing: building and renovating property and so Design & Build Solutions was conceived !
​
During the last few years I have combined my own building development with a role as Site Manager for a leading new home company overseeing the development of both small starter homes and large country properties.
Regardless the size of project, I believe in offering a personal, quality service, one that I would be happy to receive myself. I understand that to many, a home renovation or extension can be a daunting task but for me, it's my business and one I know and enjoy......
